1-Do not destroy natural structures, ruined portals are an exception.
2-Do not leave floating trees.
(Keep the landscape neat and presentable).
3-Keep all stores in the market, any stores outside of the market will be removed.
4-The exclusion zone has no rules, except for the cheat rules.
1-Large farms/mob farms are required to be underground.
(Large farms may be above ground if kept well-decorated and presentable.).
2-Building on the ocean requires admin permission (Submit a ticket for approval).
3-Bridges must have a 2 block minimum space under them.
4-Do not build within 10 blocks of a property marked structure unless given permission.
1-Property is a structure, pet, item made, tamed, or collected by the player.
2-Theft and/or destruction of another's property is bannable and is an act of PVP death combat consent unless there is no property marker.
3-Farms and Spawners are for public use, unless stated on a marked sign.
1-Use a sign with your player name to mark your property, This is called a property marker.
2-Property markers must be visible from the entrance of your property.
3-You only own your marked structures and the land within a 10-block radius of the structure.
4-Any player-made structure without a property marker can be claimed by anyone.
5-You cannot claim any natural structure.
1-Use a rule board to define the rules on your property.
2-Rule boards must be visible from the entrance of your property.
3-Rule boards can ban players from your property, not staff.
4-Rule boards can remove server rules from your property.(This does not apply to Cheat rules)
5-Rule boards can add new rules to your property.(This does not apply to Cheat rules)
6-Any rules added or removed on your property via a rule board will be treated as official server rules.
1-PvP without mutual agreement is strictly prohibited.
2-Any form of theft or property damage is an act of PVP consent.
1-Any external modifications made to your Minecraft client that give you an unfair advantage over another player is considered cheating and will not be tolerated.
